No cancellations or refunds.  Transfer up to 2 weeks. 

FAQ's

  1. Can I run with a stroller

    Yes, of course we recommend you start at the back of the group. Your timing chip will be activated when you cross the mat.

  2. Can I bring my doG?

    Unfortunately Sainte-Marie Among the Hurons does not allow animals on their property.

  3. Is there a shuttle to the BT festival?

    New this year- the shuttle will be supplied by the Butter Tart Trot exclusively for runners and family. Shuttle departs the race site and drops off at the Midland Rec Centre, a short walk to the festival. Coupons will allow you to board the bus starting at 9:00am running continually until last return by 5:00pm, these can be picked up during Race Kit Pick Up. 

    The Midland YMCA has generously offered showers for our runners. The shuttle bus will drop off at the Rec Centre, the YMCA is located behind. Runners will have to show bib for showers.

    Crowning of King & Queen Tart in each distance, no age group awards

  8. Where do I park?

    Free parking on site and across road with a tunnel to site. This is recommended if planning on going to Butter Tart festival, easy right hand turn to downtown

  9. What is for sale on site?

    Coffee shop, light snacks, merchandise , Butter tarts

    On site at Sainte-Marie among the Hurons in facility

    Parents encouraged to run with child, no registration for parent required

    1k = 125 racers

  15. Where do the race proceeds go?

    Camp Quality Southern Ontario, located in Schomberg, is a non for profit camp, that provides an uplifting experience for children affected by childhood cancer. It costs $1500 per child to send them to camp. To learn more visit www.campquality.org

  16. Can I walk the course?

    We welcome walkers in all distances. The Half marathon walkers will be sent out at 7:30am, as cut off times is 11:30 am.

  17. I WANT TO SWITCH MY RACE DISTANCE

    Participants can switch themselves. Log back into your running room dashboard to complete.
